Start date & duration of the award: Start date: 2016/17 academic year for one year full-time or two years part-time (scholarship awarded pro-rata)

Applications will only be considered from candidates who hold an offer of a place on one of our programmes. You must therefore first apply via the University postgraduate application portal by 20 May 2016.
Project Description
Scholarships are available to outstanding applicants for the following programmes:

Value:
Each Scholarship includes the UK/EU rate of tuition fee and £4,000 living expenses.

How to apply
Applications for the MA Scholarships must be submitted by email with the subject line: SML MA 2016.
Applications should include the following:
1. A CV of no more than 2 sides of A4, outlining relevant experience
2. A letter of application (600 words maximum) stating the reference number of your MA application and outlining the following:
- your motivation for Masters study
- your reasons for choosing Newcastle University
- how your experience to date has prepared you for this course
- how this programme of study will help you to achieve your future goals.
- Informal enquiries should be directed to the relevant Degree Programme Director.
