Course content The curriculum offers the full spectrum of subjects in Horticultural Science, ranging from basic biological principles to production technologies and production systems to economics. Students can specialise in twelve majors: Biostatistics, Floriculture, Fruit Science, Genetics and Plant Breeding, Horticultural Economics, Horticultural and Agricultural Engineering, Phytopathology and Entomology, Plant Biotechnology, Plant Nutrition, Plant Physiology, Tree Nursery Science, Vegetable Science.
