PhD positions - Neural Circuits

We welcome excellent students to apply to the program. Till January 15, 2016, it will be possible to apply for a position starting in the Fall of 2015. You can apply via our electronic registration system. After the deadline, the Faculty members will select around 25 students to participate in the interview symposium in Frankfurt. Shortly after the symposium, the students will receive a letter with an offer or rejection.

You can apply to the IMPRS in the following steps:

• You can register at www.brain.mpg.de/registration. You will have to mention two names of recommenders who will recieve an automatic email to upload their letter of recommendation. Please note that the recommenders also need to provide the material before the deadline of January 15, 206.
• After you submit your information you will recieve a code which can be used to upload your diplomas/transcripts and CV at www.brain.mpg.de/application
• Your application is only complete if you submit all the information and we receive the letter of recommendations of both referees, all before the deadline.
