These scholarships are open to lecturers at Indonesian universities and administrative staff at DIKTI and Indonesian state universities to undertake postgraduate study at universities in the UK, and will fund up to 750 academics over the next five years. All academic subjects are eligible for funding under the DIKTI programme. The majority is for postgraduate research, however there are also opportunities for postgraduate taught courses. Please contact us to tell us that you are a DIKTI scholar when you make your application for a PhD or Masters course at NTU. If your application is successful you can then apply for the DIKTI funding.

Research funding

Public funding for postgraduate research is mainly provided by Research Councils who make awards directly to the University. Some research bursaries are also given by the academic schools at NTU.
